Sortes Virgilianae is an ancient method of seeking advice or telling your fortune through randomly selected passages from works by the Roman poet Virgil.
This site presents a snippet selected at random from Virgil’s epic poem the Aeneid.
The (default) English version uses E. Fairfax Taylor’s 1907 translation. There is also a Latin version.
